How to draft your materials for production
Carefully review all of your materials (texts and photos) prior to submission. We recommend all photos be taken with a digital camera, logos must be at resolution 300 dpi or better, and all text in Word document. Once you have gather all the materials, please save them on a CD for easy transporting.

The key to an affordable web site: Have your research, texts and materials on hand. Please proofread your contents. Have your photos digital ready. Provide instruction on what page to place the images. Provide your headers for each page (example About Us, Service, Contact us and etc).

Suggestions in taking digital photos: the main focus should be place on the subject, and avoid including large amounts of empty space in your photos unless it is intended. This will ensure all of your the photos will be crisp and clear on your web site.

Register your domain name

You can register your domain name with any domain name register by visiting www.godaddy.com, awebnow.com, networksolutions.com and etc. Domain name registration will allow you to see if your business name is available for usage online. Sometimes you might want to modify your business name. For example: merrymaids.com to merry_maids.com.

Follow these sample instructions to register your Domain Name with AwebNow:
Once you click the awebnow link above, you will be prompt to enter your domain name
If the domain name is not available, try modifying it to something else. Example: merrymaids to merry_maids
Once you see domain name is available click the Red Continue button
If you want more option do so or click No Thanks!
Once you enter the Domain Name Information page, click I would like to create a new awebnow.com account, and follow the instructions.

Logos
Locate a graphic artist to create a logo for your business, if you don't have a graphic artist, we can provide a temporary logo for you, until you arrange one for us.

Preparing text prior to submission
We have taken the liberty to include the necessary header for your web site, so you can prepare your text with ease. We cannot emphasize the importance of proofreading, because the materials will be post as is.

Below are examples of instructions that can assist you when you preparing your pages for your users to navigate through your web site:

  • Home: This is the first page your clients will see when they visit your web site, so it is important to make a good impression. For suggestions on what to include, we encourage you to visit other company’s web site at are related to your business.
  • Service: Here you can put a list of the services you provide, such as pickup and drop off information, the type of equipment you uses, and services for special occasions, etc.
  • Portfolio: What information do you need from your client prior to given them a quote? We will format this information to enable your clients interact and to submit the form online.
  • About Us: You can submit any information that will establish credibility with your clients. Some suggestions are: company history, mission, business model, etc.
  • Contact page: Phone number and email address (if available) of your staff should be listed here so your clients can contact you directly.

All headers must be place on their own pages with their unique texts, and this will give you a better feel on how your users would look at your web site when they navigate through it.

Time Management Policy
We thrive on keeping our prices affordable. We tried to assist our clients as much as possible and we realized that our Time Management Goals were not met, so we decided to develop a new management policy to avoid additional cost to you our clients or possible clients. Below you can review the policy as follows:

The first (1st) revision, reviews your contexts for typos, make corrections and submit it via email. The contexts will be uploaded to the internet. Once uploaded you can review and check your site for more revisions. There are (3) revisions per project, it depends on the size of the site, and it may establish additional revisions time.

Revisions are defined as changes to contexts or verbiage's. The layout is prohibited to the revision. Upon signing the agreement the layout was established.

The second (2nd) revision, you can review your contexts again or submit additional changes or more materials. Please review your materials again for typos before submitting your second revision.

The third (3rd) revision, review your material again for typos and if there’s no correction, you can submit a gone ahead confirmation message via email to the support@kuntheaimaging.com. The confirmation letter will state that you reviewed the your web site and confirmed the all materials were reviewed and are ready for final upload.

Please note: If revisions are exhausted an additional charge will apply. We do not type texts onto your web page. All texts copied and pasted to the web pages, but if you need our assistance to establish more materials there will be an additional cost.
